Reciprocation: How NSOs, PTSOs, and Clubs Can Build Better Relationships

This session explores the reciprocal relationships between the tiers of organizations in your sport. Does your club inform your PSO when an individual is sanctioned? How aware is your NSO of what is going on at the club level? Topics for discussion include reciprocal discipline, jurisdiction issues, Pan-Canadian policies, requirements for membership, registration procedures, forum shopping, investigations, and the legal issues involved with overlapping authority.
