Financial Management

This series of workshops builds knowledge on financial literacy whether you are a staff member, volunteer or board member.  By providing a clear understanding of terminology, process and financial statement presentation, participants gain a great understanding of what the numbers mean.  In addition, budget development and management are presented in a concise and logical process to enable anyone to feel confident in their ability to project monthly and annual revenues and expenses.
