#5 Navigating Crisis - Re-imagining Sport Series

In this webinar Dina suggests navigating crisis through a lens of self-care as an ethical imperative. Moving from managing crisis to thriving in crisis requires us to find moments of respite, develop an understanding our coping styles and take steps to be proactive so as not to be swept away.

About your Host

Dina Bell-Laroche is a respected consultant and leadership coach who has been working within the Canadian sport system since 1991. A graduate of Carleton University with an Honours in Journalism, Dina completed her master’s degree at Brock University where she studied how a Management by Values approach to leadership could inspire humanistic cultures in sport. Dina’s book Values-in-Action: Igniting Passion and Purpose in Sport Organizations is a must read for sport leaders.

She is currently enrolled as a thanatology student at King’s University.  Dina is a Certified Professional Leadership Coach with the International Coach Federation, with over 2500 coaching hours under her belt. She is a dynamic and inspiring speaker who is committed to supporting humanistic management practices in sport.
