Wayne co-founded Respect Group along with Sheldon Kennedy back in 2004 to help ensure that sport would be safe and welcoming for all participants. Respect in Sport (RIS) is a technology-based group that delivers bullying, abuse, harassment and discrimination training to sport organizations across the country. Listen in as the trio discuss the Legacy of RIS over the last 20 years and their biggest hope for the future of sport.
