Designing the Team Alliance

Designing the Team Alliance for Respectful Engagement is understandably one of the most important forms of agreements team members should prioritize with each other. This service gives people the chance to understand the expectations and agreements between various players in the system. 

This requires 90 minutes to 2 hours, in which teams get together to create agreements that everyone can commit to.
