Robin Witty

Robin Witty originally worked for Sport Law in 2007-2008 and was excited to rejoin the team in 2021, bringing her expansive knowledge of sport and her experience as a senior leader to support the sector. Prior to re-joining, Robin was the Director of Business Operations at the Canadian Sport Institute Ontario (CSIO) for 10 years. She was part of the team that oversaw the successful transition of CSIO from a small office-based organization to the world-class sport institute housed in the Toronto Pan Am Sports Centre. She was also the Executive Director for Boxing Ontario for seven years and oversaw a tremendous period of growth for the organization including substantial new funding and exponential club development. Before entering sport, Robin worked for the provincial government first in property management and later in Human Resources at the Corporate office of Northern Development and Mines. Robin s excited to bring her skills in human relations, business development, strategic planning, risk management, fraud prevention, operational efficiencies and so much more to Sport Law clients.

Robin graduated from Algoma University College with a degree in Psychology and is currently pursuing accreditation as a Certified Fraud Examiner. Robin lives in Toronto with her partner and when not working can be found tobogganing with her grandkids.
