Sport Law and Strategy Group Offers Free Interactive Online Sessions for Sport Leaders

Published February 25, 2020

The Sport Law & Strategy Group (SLSG) believes in giving back to the sport community that we have been serving since 1992. Last year we launched a survey among our clients to find out what you needed more of and we are proud to share that we are listening.

As a result, we are initiating “Conversations Matters: You Ask, We Share” – a monthly, free, online drop-in session hosted by SLSG Partners Steven Indig and Dina Bell-Laroche. The format of the sessions will be flexible, based on your questions, and engagement. Our hope is that people walk away feeling refreshed, informed and inspired to put in place measures to deal with the stuff that might be keeping you up at night. Here is what you need to know:

What: Conversations Matter: You Ask, We Share!

Who: Sport leaders who have questions about all things sport management including legal matters, governance, financial, risk management, communications, and so much more.

How: Registration will be on a first come first serve basis and a link will be provided by SLSG to the sector to begin registration. After registering, individuals will receive a confirmation email containing information about joining the conversation. Each conversation will have a maximum of 25 participants.

Flow: Each conversation will begin with the SLSG Partners welcoming everyone and offering a few comments on something topical that is affecting the sport community. We will then move into providing listeners with an opportunity to ask a question or share a perspective that they would like some advice on. Dina and Steve will create a safe and engaging environment for the listeners to address some very specific topics that will most certainly benefit the entire group.
