The Canadian Centre for Ethics in Sport (CCES) is inviting expressions of interest from sport leaders who want to participate in a Management by Values workshop on building advanced ethical decision-making skills.

The workshop is open to Canadian sport organizations leaders who have completed the two-day “Introduction to Risk Management Workshop”. Participants can expect to take their risk-management skills to the next level by exploring high-level risks with their peers, sharing innovative solutions to common problems, and learning how Management by Values can support cultural transformation.

This one-day workshop is part of the Risk Management Project, a multi-year collaboration with the Sport Law & Strategy Group and Brock University. Funded by Sport Canada, coordinated by the CCES and facilitated by the Sport Law & Strategy Group, the Management by Values workshop will be held November 27 or 28, 2017 in Ottawa. Please indicate your preference of dates with your expression of interest as the date will be determined based on participant availability.

Please submit expressions of interest or questions to mcumming@cces.ca no later than August 4, 2017. Registration is limited to 10.

Additional information is available on the CCES website: http://cces.ca/risk-management.
