Taylor is dedicated to strengthening the sport sector by increasing organizational capacities and supports Sport Law clients with expertise in virtual workshop hosting, strategic communications, change management, and administration. She received a Bachelor of Commerce from Carleton University, where she focused her studies in Management and developed a passion for taking organizations from planning to action. Taylor furthered her education at Algonquin College, by obtaining a Graduate Certificate in Sport Business Management. Through her studies, Taylor believes in using sport to build community and understands the importance of strengthening sport organizations at all levels. She joined Sport Law in 2021 as a Team Member to support our growing needs as a thriving business. Taylor is excited to use her experience to support clients in their virtual workshop needs, communications planning, strategic thinking, and project management.

Taylor has worked in partnership with many sport organizations including the Ottawa Sport Council, Pickleball Canada, and the Ottawa BlackJacks. She spent her time developing and facilitating high-impact engagements and high-quality products to enhance the sport experience for all. When Taylor is not working alongside our clients, she enjoys supporting the development of community sport programs, including the introduction of youth girls tackle football programming. As a former junior tackle football player in her home province of New Brunswick, Taylor is an advocate for growing opportunities for girls to play tackle football. She believes that sport offers something for everyone, and that communities are stronger when everyone has access to the sports they enjoy.

In her spare time, Taylor enjoys spending time with friends and family or cozying up with a book alongside her cat, Bean.
