Rosanna Tomiuk is certified as a personal and professional coach through Concordia University (PPCC) and is also recognized as an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coach Federation. Before becoming a coach, Rosanna was a member of the Canadian Women’s Water Polo Team from 2002-2012. She became a Junior World Champion at seventeen and continued on to win various international medals with Team Canada, including two silver medals at the Pan American Games and a silver medal at World Aquatic Championships. During and following her career, Rosanna served on the Board of Directors of Water Polo Canada, was her team’s Athlete Representative for AthletesCAN, and was an athlete ambassador for Fast and Female.
Rosanna works across a variety of industries in Leadership and Talent Development. She helps teams understand how to leverage their strengths and communicate effectively in challenging situations. She is certified in six different psychometric assessments, including StrengthsFinder, MBTI, The Birkman Method, Strong, TotalSDI and NOVA. Rosanna is a Magna Cum Laude graduate from Loyola Marymount University in Biology and Music. She has appeared on Global TV, CBC Radio, Salut Bonjour and Breakfast Television. She has written articles for Darling Magazine and is also a TEDx speaker.
Rosanna is the proud auntie of two little boys. When she’s not coaching or facilitating workshops, she is writing songs, learning how to cook, or volunteering at the local mission in her neighbourhood in Montreal.
