Ready to elevate sport? Sport Law is recruiting!

Sport Law (formerly known as the Sport Law & Strategy Group) is recruiting a consultant who has experience in strategic planning, communications, and crisis management and who is passionate about making a difference in sport. As proud members of the sport community, we want to continue to contribute to the health and vitality of the Canadian sport sector. If you are an experienced consultant who is self-motivated, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and gets fired up about sport, we might be the place for you.

Sport Law is turning 30 next year and from our humble beginning, we have grown to 14 consultants who offer a depth and breadth of service that is unparalleled in Canadian sport.  We have experts in the areas of sport law, governance, risk management, leadership, integral coaching, crisis communications, complaint management, research and reviews, financial management, executive training, parliamentary procedures, and so much more. As our business continues to grow, we want to maintain a high level of service and value to the sport sector we care deeply about.

Importantly, we believe in fostering a diverse and inclusive workforce as a key step toward eliminating barriers to access and equity. Committed to living our values, we encourage individuals who identify as BIPOC, LGBTQ+, otherwise-abled, and other underrepresented identities, to apply to join our team. It is critically important that we reflect the diverse communities across Canada that we serve. All applications will receive consideration.

  • Experience with facilitating groups, leading workshops, championing change initiatives including strategic planning, cultural transformation and reputation management.
